This is a recipe I created myself; as such, the measurements aren't exact.
1 can re-fried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg flour tortillas
toppings: lettuce (shredded), cheese (grated), salsa, sour cream, etc
In a small saucepan, mix re-fried beans and most of the taco seasoning, to taste. Heat until warm. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Place a small amount of re-fried beans down the center of each tortilla and top with desired condiments. Makes about 12 small burritos.
These are the best burritos I've ever made! They taste sooo good! Certain meat-crazed individuals might not find them as satisfying as did I, but you could always add some meat if your certain someone absolutely must have meat at every meal too!

ReplyDeleteThis made me laugh. I made something recently that was very healthy and Gabe said to Colin, "momma wants Daddy to be hungry again in two hours." So he ate a sandwich for dessert. :)
